Sullivan Legal Solutions provides fractional general counsel services to small and midsize companies. As a fractional GC, Sullivan Legal Solutions enables companies whose legal needs have grown beyond their local law firm to secure dedicated, sophisticated counsel, without investing in the up-front expense of adding another full-time executive to the team.
We handle your company’s day-to-day legal issues, including contract drafting/review/negotiation, operational advising and risk assessment, risk and claims management, litigation oversight, employee and personnel matters, and more. We can also work closely with your existing outside counsel, to streamline those operations, find efficiencies, and speed up turnaround time.
Who We Are
Sullivan Legal Solutions is run by Cathlin Sullivan. Cathlin is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has been practicing law for 15+ years. She has experience advising clients on the wide range of legal issues that companies face every day. She believes that legal should be a true partner to the rest of the business, and collaborates with her clients to help each client meet its specific needs.
In addition to providing legal services herself, Cathlin also engages other attorneys and support staff to provide quality, skilled legal services to clients. She enjoys working with good people who do good work, and applies this philosophy when engaging individuals to work with her and her clients.

What's the pricing structure?
Different companies have different needs. Some prioritize predictability in costs, while others need availability. We work with our clients to meet their needs and can offer flexible pricing models, based on hours per week, days per week or month, or we can work on a retainer basis.
